If ever proof were need that I have completely lost my mind, then this is it. I have agreed to let Honey bunny have a SLEEPOVER birthday party! We’re talking about a bunch of 7-8 yr olds. running around my house screeching, jumping up and down, “singing” their favorite Hannah Montana songs, and whatever else [...] Yes, it’s true. I’m sorry to have to say it but I had a temper tantrum last week. I just couldn’t take it any more. I reached my limit. I was physically, mentally, emotionally unable to control my temper. Why? I wish I knew. I’ve been asking myself that question constantly. I suppose I could chalk it [...] Since it’s almost Christmas (again, so quickly I am shocked by the speed the year has flown by) that must mean it’s time for me to take the annual picture of the gremlins ~ a moniker we gave to our two daughters due in part to their propensity to cause grief & havoc. You’d think this [...] I swear to you that I am SO sick (and tired) of the constant yelling that goes down in my house. Between: Honey bunny yelling at Pumpkin, A million dollars worth of… what? You may be asking. Could it be a million dollars worth of dog food? Mascara? Toilet bowl cleaner? None of those things, actually. Ok, here’s the lowdown. The other day at our office I got a great big laugh when a friend of mine mentioned that her daughters were fighting over a toy. As a [...] I know, I know, this is hardly news to mothers all over the globe. And I absolutely have it easier than some… especially this lady. Go ahead, read it. It’s long, but you’ll laugh your ass off!! I did; the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd time I read it. In fact, I’m going to read it again. [...] There are days when I can’t imagine my life without my two precious daughters. Like when they are playing together and laughing or when I hear the 7yr old reading to her sister or when the 2yr old asks, “sissy, pleeez turn da moovie on”. TOO CUTE.
