I had the pleasure of participating again in the Tuesday night Twittermoms Mommy Gossip-GNO last night. And as usual, the energy was frenetic! The amount of tweets – I just couldn’t keep track! It certainly is easy to get lost, as a couple ladies mentioned. It is always so much fun though to [...] So OBVIOUSLY yesterday was Election Day. And as is the norm for Tuesday nights now that Twittermoms & MommyGossip are hoppin’, it was Girl’s Night Out aka GNO. Each week a new topic is listed for discussion via Twitter - whether we actually stick to that topic is another thing all together. Well, in this [...] I’ve done it! I’ve signed up for the Breast Cancer 3-day walk. This is a big deal. It’s a walk, sure, not like a triathlon or the NYC Marathon or something but it’s for 3 DAYS! 60 MILES! Walking for 3 DAYS! So, it is kinda serious. For those of you who haven’t heard the radio commercials or [...] Ok, this is the final installment ~ I swear ~ of Honey bunny’s birthday party sleepover. If you missed any of the excitement, then you can read about it here and here. So, now it’s bedtime. H- has been picked up by her mother and the other girls are somewhat settled down. One girl was ready for [...] Pumpkin has been on antibiotics for 10 of the 10 days required for this prescription. So whatever it was that was causing her to be that ill should be gone from her system. See this post if your curious about how ill she was…. She hasn’t complained about any problems nor has she been coughing her little lungs [...] You can hear them, right? Singing Hallelujah! It has to be a miracle. A miracle, I say! Pumpkin actually slept until after 7:00am PST today! Whoohoo, whoohoo! I’m dancing a jig because I managed to get a great night’s sleep. I finally had to go in her room to wake her so we could get ready for [...] I realized that I could write many, many, many blogs about all the negative things that can /do happen to children while just living their lives. And in fact, I have already written many such blogs. My 2yr old has had more than her share of accidents. But here is something that I was thinking about the [...] Whelp, I didn’t think it was possible, but apparently in my world it is. My 2 yr old scared another 10 yrs off my life. So far, by my count, I have lost over 20 yrs from my overall life expectancy. Here’s the scoop: with it still being summer the whole family was out in [...] For some extremely bizarre reason I’ve been thinking about being pregnant. Why? I have no idea!
